Your next ranged weapon attack (if it is made before the end of the spell’s duration) can work even if you do not have line of effect or line of sight to your intended target. As long as you visualize the correct square when firing and the projectile has some possible path along which it could travel to the target, you may make the attack normally. Additionally, this attack is not affected by the miss chance that applies to attackers trying to strike a concealed target. Other detrimental factors, such as range, conditions of severe wind, and the target’s AC apply normally.

For example, you could try to fire an arrow around a boulder and at a target you know to be hiding behind it, if you know (or can guess) the square in which the target is. You could, however, not try to fire an arrow at a creature trapped in a Resilient Sphere, even if you can see it, since no path exists through a Resilient Sphere.
