You can free one creature from the effects of any temporary paralysis or related magic, including a ghoul’s touch or a Slow spell. It does not heal creatures who have been permanently paralyzed in mundane circumstances (such creatures who have taken spinal damage).
The spell does not restore ability scores reduced by penalties, damage, or drain.
