A magical field appears around you, glowing with a chaotic blast of multicolored hues, deflecting incoming arrows, rays, and other ranged attacks.
Each ranged attack directed at you for which the attacker must make an attack roll (including a touch attack) has a 20% miss chance. This miss chance is not concealment. When a creature is under both concealment and Entropic Shield, use only the larger percentage miss chance. Other attacks that simply work at a distance are not affected.
Augment: For every additional spell point you spend, the miss chance offered by this spell increases by 5%, to a maximum of 50% for a 9-point additional expenditure.
